1.5 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup pearl millet flour
1/4 cup finger millet flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix all dry ingredients together, followed by separately mixing all wet ingredients together. Once those are prepped you can mix both dry and wet ingredients, but be careful not to take too much time overmixing. You can now pour your batter on your griddle and enjoy what’ll make for a delicious breakfast or brunch treat!
