Here’s the latest from the Cook’s Nook’s renovations! Our building is really starting to come together — spray and foam installation is underway, clear walls are intact and our electric outlets and conduits for each of our stations in the rear building are distinctly defined! As for our front building, our demo area contains electrical outlets and the core plumbing has been installed, with our attention now going into shoring up our attic and rafters to support all the new features to come. We also have our grease trap area outside in development. We’re looking forward to what comes next! Stay tuned on our blog for more updates and photos as progress develops.
