Coronavirus in Austin: Restaurants, kitchens to offer emergency prepared meals

Austin-American Statesman – When the coronavirus pandemic hit and many restaurants shut down or reduced their kitchen output, food suppliers across Central Texas were left with unpurchased inventory with a limited shelf life.
