After nearly two years of planning, research, interviews, education, and lots of cooking, we’re heading towards the final stretch towards establishing the first culinary incubator in Austin!

We’re lucky to have DesignTrait on board as our architect and site designers, the team at FSGI as our general contractor, Flywheel Creative as our site and branding partner, and Chef Greg Dishman as a consultant on the development of The Cook’s Nook. It took a while, but there’s nothing like knowing you have a great team that understands and believes in your vision. Oh! And they also happen to be foodies – not a negative at all. So we all have some interest in making sure that there’s a great space for food folks to grow their business cleaner, faster, and with solid business foundations. It’s a unique project, so thanks to them for being on board for the long-haul.
